These are the terms and conditions that apply to your booking. The Peruvian system of services and products sometimes differs to that of their country of origin. We suggest you carefully read the following:

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you and Amazonia tours Peru.com when booking a trip, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions that describe, among other things, cancellation policy and certain limitations of liability. These Terms and Conditions affect your rights and designate the applicable law and forum for the resolution of any dispute.

CONTRACT

All persons wishing to make a reservation must  read carefully and understand the terms and conditions below. When booking , www.amazoniatoursperu.com on the website, by email  to the Company or its agents agree on behalf of yourself and all those named on the reserve, including minors and disabled persons who They have understood these Terms and Conditions. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date on which the company sends a receipt or email confirmation of your tour. It is at this point that therte is  a contract between the company and client. Before your booking is confirmed and there is a contract,  The Company or its agents have the right to decline any booking at their discretion. The person or persons named in the reserve are hereinafter the “Customer”. All bookings are made with the Amazonia toursperu.com Tour operator.

When completing a booking you agree with the Terms and Conditions of Amazonia toursperu.com Tour operator.

TRAVEL IN MANU NATIONAL PARK

Amazonia toursperu.com Tour operator, operates in regions where standards of accommodation, transport and services might not be normally you would expect. However we strive, with all the diligence and ability to provide the best services for our tourists. Travelling in Peru requires flexibility, patience, generosity of spirit, good humor and understanding the changes that can be worn without notice due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure – see below). When booking any of our tours you agree to Amazonia toursperu.com Tour operator make the necessary changes without liability.

Any situation or event that Amazonia toursperu.com Tour operator cannot, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Events such as war or threat, riot, civil disturbance, terrorist activity, labor disputes, diseases, disasters or adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control. In this case, Amazonia toursperu.com  Tour operator is not responsible and reserves the right to modify, postpone or even cancel the trip (this is the last option, of course!)

TRAVEL INSURANCE TO AMAZON

 We strongly recommend you get a travel insurance that covers accidents, medical expenses and emergency repatriation, including rescue and air ambulance. We also recommend that it covers cancellations and lost luggage. Client’s luggage and belongings are at his/ her own risk. If you travel with special equipment you are responsible to get appropriate insurance for your valuables such as camera equipment, binoculars, scopes, laptop and others.

 Please forward a copy / policy number to our offices.

RISKS IN THE TRIP:

When booking any of our adventure trips to the jungle of Peru you assume the risks associated with them. For these Amazonia toursperu.com  Tour operator cannot be held responsible.

SENDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA BOOKING

Your passport should be valid, please let us know if you have or will change your passport after booking the trip. ISIC card (if applicable) must also be valid at the time of starting Manu National Park trip.

MAKE A RESERVATION

For a booking we require your personal information and a deposit of 250 US$ per person, which can be transferred to our bank account, by Western Union money transfer.  The balance has to be paid in cash (Soles or US$) before your departure date at our office in Cusco. Or you can transfer payment of the balance (before your departure date) by bank, Western Union or PayPal, subject to fees.

All transaction fees are covered by the client and is not included in our prices.

CANCELLATIONS:

Sent to the reservation deposit is not refundable or transferable. There is no refund for expenses like money transfer fees and other expenses related to your booking.

Amazonia toursperu.com Tour operator must be notified of any change or cancellation of your trip as soon as they become aware of them via e-mail . In case of cancelling the tour on departure date or abandoning it after tour start there is no refund. If the client decides not to participate in parts of the tour´s activities there is no refund either.

Once the final balance has been paid (in cash): We will not be able to return your trip payment for cancellations because Staff, Transportation, tickets, accommodations etc. for the tour would be already paid.

A letter to claim his insurance company may also be provided by us on your request.

Please also bring information from your travel insurance (company name and policy number) for our files.
